Another dress that combines velvet bodice with cotton skirt, this time in a luxurious shade of burgundy.  The cotton skirt is burgundy polka dots on a deep rosy/mauve background.  Solid taffeta apron coordinates perfectly with dress fabrics, and features partially-elasticized ties that fasten with an intricate filigree clip in antique silver finish.
