Beautiful and practical dress in a modern tea-length, comes with two aprons – a gorgeous embroidered cream lace embellished with clear sparkly sequins, and the other a simpler pale taupe taffeta. Both aprons have a narrower cream satin ribbon waistband, with wider ribbons in cream and darker taupe to make a very pretty full bow at the front waist.

The bodice is a slub- textured woven cream fabric with a very fine gold metallic thread appearing here and there, to give a little glitz and glam. An organza ruffle in a slightly darker shade of taupe encircles the scoop neckline, which is also trimmed with two rows of tiny pearls and cream lace with gold metallic accents. Centre zipper pull has a teardrop pearl charm, and the cream ribbon laces through fabric loops on either side of the zipper, for a very clean look.

The skirt portion is a lightweight brocade with a crepe-like texture and feel, which drapes beautifully over the attached soft multi-ruffled cream petticoat; which is lined for comfort and to further enhance the drape of the dress. Hemline is trimmed with fabric banding to match the plain apron, pretty woven braid and seed pearls, and features a lovely cream bobbin lace ruffle around the bottom.

Measures 70 cm /27.5 inches from waist to hem, to fall mid-calf on most women of average height and proportions. The model in the photo is 1.7 meters/5’7″ tall.
