The drawstring allows the the depth of the “v” to be adjusted, and also pulls the jersey lining into the traditional sweetheart shape. Straight, sheer lace sleeves are just to the elbow. Lace continues part way down the back of the blouse; remainder is a stretch knit to make the blouse very comfortable to wear.
