We post multiple views and/or detailed close-ups for each article in our shop, however, not all monitors display the photos accurately.
Always read the written description for additional details regarding the colour, fabric, fit, care and size/measurements of each item, and if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.
This is a time saving feature for returning customers.
Account holders’ contact and shipping information is stored, so the forms don’t have to be filled in every time you check out. Credit card details are not stored by our server, for security reasons.
Of course, you’re welcome to shop anytime as our “guest”.

We accept payment online through Paypal, and major credit cards. Local customers picking up their purchases in person may pay by cash or cheque at that time.
FAQs and Store Policies
Don’t panic…sometimes parcels take a little longer; bad weather, statutory holidays and customs inspection delays are the most common causes. Wait another couple of days, and if your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
We receive confirmation of delivery from the post office, so we’ll be able to determine if your parcel has ended up on someone else’s porch, or is well and truly lost – which happens very rarely. Once we’ve determined the status of the shipment, we’ll work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
This is not a common occurrence, but if it should happen to you please contact us immediately, and send us photos and a description of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll be in touch to make it right – right away!
We try our best to provide the most accurate photos, descriptions and size information possible for every item in our store – please carefully read and view all of the information provided in the listing to avoid disappointment.

- returns accepted within *14 days* of customer receipt of product; please notify us promptly by e-mail;
- returned item(s) must be in new condition, undamaged, unused, unworn, with tags attached;
- please package items with care, as they will pass through many hands on their way back to us;
- the customer shall be responsible for the cost of return postage/shipping;
- refund or exchange will be made upon our receipt of returned item(s).

Whenever possible we package items to safely ship at the most reasonable rate, which means that multi-item orders sometimes squeak through at single item rates. Significant savings will be refunded to your Paypal or credit card account; lesser amounts are refunded through store coupons towards future purchases (sent via-email).
