One amazing authentic vintage deer horn button, just slightly over one inch (2.5 cm) in diamter. Perfect as replacement for missing button, or as a focal button on your favourite blazer. These buttons are medium taupe/grey in colour with some brown and natural accents.

Trend alert: We saw horn and other unique buttons used as one-off accents on blazers in a high-end trachten shop in Berchtesgaden, Bavaria; however, due to poor lighting and shooting through thick glass, were unable to take a photograph for demonstration.

Because they are made by hand from a natural material, each button is not of uniform thickness all the way around. Therefore, buttonholes should be slightly longer/larger than those that accomodate a plastic button of the same diamter.
